Our Story
With over 25 years in commercial and industrial construction, I moved to Los Angeles with my wife, Lynda, for a new role in telecom construction.
I transitioned from a 22-year career in complex infrastructure to bring a higher standard of project management to residential general contracting in Los Angeles. My goal was to serve homeowners by applying corporate-level precision to residential builds, ensuring that communication, sincerity, and quality are the foundation of every project. The first two years were a learning curve, but they led to consistent returns and referrals. My instincts were right.
We are high school sweethearts and have two sons: one a master electrician and the other a sous-chef.

Lynda blends financial expertise with a deep commitment to family and community. After building her career in accounting and project coordination, she chose to focus on raising her children and later ran a successful preschool before returning to the financial field, where she spent over fourteen years at a public CPA firm. Today, she manages company administration and operations, bringing care, precision, and organization to every detail.
Russ’s background is in construction and project management, supported by more than 20 years of property management experience. He also coached a youth travel soccer team in New Hampshire for nine years, winning multiple state championships—an extension of his belief in planning, leadership, and disciplined execution.
